Yes. Our Terms of Use give you the rights to the videos you create, including commercial use, with no royalties to us. AI output can resemble existing material, so avoid prompts that ask for copyrighted characters, logos, trademarks or the likeness of real people.
Your prompts and videos are visible only to you in your account. To create a video, your prompt is sent to our AI provider, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train AI models.
